Event History

  • The bi-annual Spire of the Accord celebration held by Imos began with tournament-style events, drawing excitement and participation from many. However, the festivities took a darker turn when it was discovered that void-tainted food was being distributed to the guests. Further investigation revealed that some merchants were also selling void-tainted products supplied by Verund Baxter. The situation escalated as PCs uncovered and successfully disarmed a void bomb planted by cultists. The cultists involved, including Lady Calsey and an unnamed accomplice, were apprehended and are now held in the Spire dungeons. In response to the threat, the Accord Knights locked down the Spire in an effort to locate any remaining cultists and ensure the safety of all attendees.

  • Three months into the Spire’s lockdown, new citizens arrived on a storm damaged ship just in time to be pulled into a growing crisis. Everyone’s skills were quickly put to use assisting in the autopsy of a void elemental, infiltrating a cultist hideout, and uncovering plans tied to the spreading corruption. Verund Baxter was exposed as the source of void-tainted food and captured before more could fall ill. The day ended with a coordinated strike on a ritual site, where citizens dismantled a tower empowering the cult’s elementals, halting their advance. For now. The Knights of The Accord have now lifted the lockdown and everyone is free to return home.

  • People from all across Aisorath have begun to awaken in strange and unfamiliar ruins of a town. Surrounded by fear and confusion, those who awakened here gathered together to survive the onslaught of the monsters that wished to devour them.

The newly awakened quickly discovered that they were not the only ones here besides the monsters from the void. Another band of survivors led by a man named Daemon held a camp not too far from the ruins. However, it was quickly established that Daemon was a cruel leader who had abandoned the gods and demanded they do the same. And he was more than willing to shed blood in order to display the strength he held over the newcomers.

In the aftermath of Daemon’s bloody attack on the town, those who had fallen found themselves in the company of Dorian, the God of Death. Bringing the lost souls back to where they once stood he admitted he did not know where they were, but revealed that a bargain had been struck with this news: anyone who died here would be allowed to return but this is not to be taken lightly.

After the fallen had returned from death, in the darkest hours of the night, Avalyn, Daemon’s right hand, had slipped into the town unseen to speak with the newly awakened in an attempt at parley. Tension was high between the two parties, but agreements were made and Avalyn is said to return frequently to update the newcomers with information and keep trying to convince them to join Daemon to avoid more bloodshed.

The following morning, the citizens rallied behind a ranger who tracked down the den of a pack of void corrupted hyenas, and managed to cleanse it, thus making one less source of corruption in this land making it a slightly more hospitable place to be in.
